Fascial Stretch Therapy is a research-based assisted-stretching technique that targets the fascial system of the body. What is fascia? When tight, fascia can cause mobility restrictions, muscle aches, joint pain, and stiffness. I’ve been working with Anna Makar for three years. Maintaining flexibility and overall pliability throughout my body has been crucial in being able to stay active and help reduce injuries while working out and performing daily activities. Every session with Anna is different and tailored to specific goals I am trying to attain either in workouts or everyday life. She has an incredible positive attitude and is a joy to work with.
